Thank you for shopping at oyegift.shop.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 0.1K will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 0.1K will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on Instagram @Oyegift.shop. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 10 am- 8 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks and perfumes. Oyegift may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

 

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days with giving proper reasons for doing so only once we allow.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the coupan code method or the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and we may incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
